CROSSFIT 1525 in 2011 on KHOU Ch. 11

!!Come try CrossFit for a week FREE (after your $20 Elements class)!!

Free week only offered to those who have never done CrossFit. All experienced CrossFit athletes may enjoy 2 free classes to see if 1525 suits your needs, location and schedule.

What is required of all those new to CrossFit 1525 

– A CrossFit ELEMENTS  class.  The cost of this class is $20 (CASH OR CHECK ONLY).  There are two ways to take this class: It is offered on varying days throughout the month in group classes and available as a private class.   Monthly schedule is below. The other option is to schedule a private Elements class with one of our coaches. The cost for a private class is $50. Please email crossfit1525@gmail.com to set up either option.

Class duration is 1 1/2 hours.  In this class, you will learn the basic movements we do in our regular, group classes.  At the end of the instruction, you will do a CrossFit workout, to see what they are like. Elements classes available:

Sunday, January 8th at 10:00am with Coach Ania
Sunday, January 22nd at 11:15am with Coach Katie

Saturday, February 4th at 10:00am with Coach Leo
Sunday, February 26th at 9:00am with Coach Jose

–  following the ELEMENTS CLASS you can enjoy a 1 week FREE trial membership – come in and see what you think and if CrossFit is for you (must be used in the 7 day period  your Elements class).

Personal WOD (Workout of the Day) log:

In CrossFit, we strongly encourage everyone to keep an exercise log of your WOD times, weights used in WODs, lifting loads, benchmark lifts and the like. This record will track your performance progress from month to month. You can also look back and see when your last PR (personal record) time/weights are set to see if you can beat them.
