I first began CrossFit in 2009, 8 weeks after having my first (and only) child at age 40.   I had always “worked out” to some degree, and was an avid longer distance runner, 13.1 being my favorite.  I am now in the best physical shape of my life.  It only took about 4 months for me to get not just back to pre-pregnancy weight/shape, but far better.  My previous claim that I would be at my best if only I could do 3 pull-ups is now a joke.   CrossFit has enabled me to achieve fitness goals that far surpass anything I would have ever thought myself capable.

I firmly believe that CrossFit has a place in every person’s life:  from high school aged kids, to the college athletic scholarship recipient, to the relatively sedentary 40+ soccer moms, to people 65+ yrs old.  We have clients who meet this broad range of people.  I believe that the workouts and nutrition that CrossFit advocates are the best way to achieve your fitness goals.   But don’t listen to me, come give CrossFit a try and we can PROVE to you, through facts and figures that come from YOU, that this claim is true.
